In the beginning juicing was an unknown language to me. I had a Hamilton Beach juicer sitting on my counter and I wasn't sure what to put in it or how much to use. The secret is it all comes down to trial and error, and what one personally likes because that what it all comes down too. If you don't like what your drinking then what is going to push you to continue on with it. That was way I made the mistake with every diet I tried before. I genuinely didn't like or enjoy what I was doing, so i quit.
Starting to juice has changed my out look on healthy eating all together. I notice a difference in not only my body, but my complexion, and my energy level. After a year of having constant head/neck/back pain in December 2013 I was diagnosed with chronic headaches. Since I've started juicing the number of headaches I have in a week have been cut in half.
I have documented some of the successful juices I have been drinking the past while, generally I try not to have two full fruit or two full vegetable juices in the same day. I prefer to start my morning with a more fruit flavored one and lunch time more vegetable, but again it all comes down to preference!

2 carrots (peeled)
2 celery stalks
1 red bell pepper

3 cups watermelon
2 beets
2 cups pineapple
1 large apple
½ lime
2 mint leaves
